She was initially denied bail in October 2023 and subsequently launched another application based on “new facts”.Johnson appealed both those decisions and that culminated in this month’s high court judgment which found she should not be released from custody. “I do not trust anyone to run the businesses and have not as a result empowered anyone to be able to run the businesses.
