A Limpopo police officer accused of killing nine civilians for insurance claims amounting to R10-million, intends to plead not guilty to all charges against her.
Kutumela also told court that if released on bail, she would not interfere with investigations, as she has not done so for over a year when she became aware that she was under investigation. Kutumela says she had a cordial relationship with the person who is alleged to be her first victim, Noko Mantja.
