Former U.S. Representative George Santos has requested a delay in his sentencing on federal fraud charges until summer, claiming he can pay off more than half a million dollars in fines through his new podcast 'Pants on Fire.' Prosecutors, however, dismissed his financial projections as 'extremely speculative' and criticized the podcast's title as insensitive to his crimes. They argued for the sentencing to proceed as scheduled on February 7th, citing his recent earnings from a documentary and social media platform.
