We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business transformation by analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities, and bridging the gap between business and IT. This role requires a blend of business acumen, analytical expertise, and stakeholder management to support high-impact project.? Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering – Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
? Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating discussions and driving consensus. ? Process Improvement & Modeling – Develop process models, workflows, and business cases to enhance operational efficiency. ? Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Assess complex business problems, analyze data, and recommend strategic solutions.? Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and mentor junior analysts while fostering collaboration across teams.
? Project Management Awareness – Manage business analysis deliverables within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.? 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis within complex and high-risk environments.? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.? Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and experience with Power BI or Tableau .? Industry-specific knowledge is a plus
