Scottsdale-based Tricor is on track to double its annual growth this year as the company builds more than 2,600 homes for the explosive single-family rental market across the country.
He's aiming for a 134% revenue growth by the end of the year, up from 128% revenue growth in 2021. Already, Thomas added, the company is on track to exceed the latest revenue figure in 2023.
