Arizona Helping Hands’ new president and CEO holds a black belt.

That means Noe is trained to provide project leadership and develop lean or more effective operations. Arizona Helping Hands works to collect and distribute these essentials — including diapers, cribs, shoes, clothing and school supplies — to children living in foster care across the state. The nonprofit provides these goods to 4,000 of the state’s 15,000 foster children. It helps more children through annual toy and bike drives as well as through granting birthday wishes.
