Relisting to US would provide enhanced growth opportunities for the building materials giant, chief executive said

Albert Manifold, the CRH chief executive, has said it makes “perfect sense” for the company to have a listing in America in light of the opportunities for the company to grow there.

CRH has its primary listing in London, with a secondary one in Dublin, and is the largest company by market value on the Irish exchange. But last Thursday the building materials giant said it is moving its primary market listing to the US.
