Lizard, bamboo worms, scorpions, crickets, silkworm chrysalis, earthworm and many more bugs that you probably have never expected to find “lurking” in a night market, waiting to be eaten by the customers.And yes, they’re meant to be eaten! They’ve been cooked and if you’re expecting the stall to be some kind of “pet shop”, you might as well just turn around and never look back.
Scorpions, too, come in 3 different sizes, similar to the creepy crawlies but they’re sold at a cheaper price – RM5, RM10, RM15, depending on the sizes .
