KUALA LUMPUR, July 21 — There is no additional allocation in operating expenses with the addition of new ministries under the Perikatan Nasional government, Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz said today. Three ministries that have been restructured are the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and the Ministry of Education while one ministry has been abolished, namely the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
