Dow rises nearly 750 points to finish off best week for stocks since June

U.S. stocks finished sharply higher on Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising nearly 750 points as the major indexes capped off their biggest weekly advance since June, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
