don’t refund em, fuck em

So what? Why is anyone giving her money? My small business took back an order of $4470 today to make a customer happy.

Who buys $800 of books? I wouldn’t have taken them back.

So she learned a lesson about return policies

If the first question they ask is 'Do you accept returns?' you can be assured they will return it.

I'd hit them with a big restocking fee

That was fraud. I would press charges and let them deal with the courts.
