Lancs green space set for £120m hotel and industry plan with 2,200 jobs

An huge employment space with thousands of jobs, shops with industrial buildings and a hotel is being lined up.

The new planning application relates to separate parcels of land which will come together with the "Cuerdale Garden Village" masterplan to create a major new housing and industrial development within central Lancashire. This application alone is estimated to lead to an annual £120m injection into the local economy with more than 2,000 jobs created.
