In her speech, Sharifah Aminah expressed her confidence that the MoU would provide greater opportunities for cooperatives to market affordable homes in strategic locations around Kuala Lumpur to all cooperative members. This initiative with the slogan 'SatuAhliSatuRumah' , is expected to provide opportunities for all members, mainly the B40 and M40, to own their dream home at an affordable price.
Along the journey, many properties related services will be provided to all four cooperatives’ members by Gplex Realty, thereby generating new sources of income for the cooperatives.
