Trevor Phillips now asks Peter Kyle about the upcoming budget, which Chancellor Rachel Reeves will deliver on 30 October. He asks why ministers are talking about investment in green industries and cancer research when warning of a £22bn in public finances.'We have money to spend,' Mr Kyle says.'I mean, government does have money to spend.
