The Senior Business Analyst will lead the scoping and documentation of business requirements for strategic SCM projects, ensuring alignment between procurement planning and emerging digital solutions. This includes assisting with drafting business specification requirements and developing a comprehensive business case for the integration of key applications.
The role will focus on system integration, developing detailed specifications to ensure seamless integration between systems and proposing solutions to optimize workflows. The Senior Business Analyst will also support the unit throughout the development, implementation, and change management process for ICT-related projects. Furthermore, they will facilitate the implementation of standardized SCM and MAM (Moveable Asset Management) business intelligence systems, enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency by engaging with stakeholders across the province to standardize business processes and data reporting formats. Finally, the Senior Business Analyst will transfer skills to staff identified by the unit in close collaboration with the Directorate: PG: SCM.
