This strategic move is expected to strengthen Deleum's power and machinery (P&M) business in Indonesia and open new opportunities for the company's international journey.

CEO of the Deleum Group, Rao Abdullah, emphasized that the acquisition of the majority stake in PT OSA will provide new opportunities for the combined entity.
