China is attempting to win political points from the coronavirus with 'mask diplomacy' — but it mostly isn't working

According to Chinese newspapers they must have hundreds of Covid 19 'experts' as they are sending a team to third world and strategic countries every day. Realistically teams of nurses. Experts? Not likely.

I think the biggest mistake that China has done is sending masks to the US, should have sent it to a more deserving country.
