Before giving the order, Duterte said he was"interested" to know if there was graft and corruption in Budget Undersecretary Lloyd Lao identified them as one of the bidders that was interested in supplying equipment to the government. Things turned more sour when the government spoke to Sansure officials directly. I wonder if one can effectively lead by just talking and instructing to no particular person. And at the end he says he gave the go signal for possible overpriced PPE. Whats the use of pursuing investigation? For a show?
