TikTok is reportedly planning to sue the Trump administration over its ban as early as Tuesday

TikTok's upcoming lawsuit will argue that the order is "unconstitutional" because it did not "give the company a chance to respond," according to NPR. Additionally, NPR reported that the lawsuit will argue that the order's reference to concerns for national security to justify the order is "based on pure speculation and conjecture.

" statement issued FridayThe statement said that Trump's order has a "reliance on unnamed "reports" with no citations, fears that the app 'may be' used for misinformation campaigns with no substantiation of such fear" and added that the company has "made clear that TikTok has never shared user data with the Chinese government, nor censored content at its request.

Dear tik tok, there are 7 billion+ people on Earth. Leave the USA (330m+) alone.

Too bad wikipedia could never sue the ccp over the same thing Neither did twitter, google, youtube, facebook, netflix, bing, yahoo, tumblr, quora, instagram, and all the other sites blocked in china

StrategicSteph Sounds fair.

Okay good luck
