KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 24 — A total of 101 projects with a procurement value of RM6.61 billion had been awarded through direct negotiations under the Pakatan Harapan government. “In specific situation with the approval of the Finance Ministry, if it has urgent requirements in that it will affect government services and interest...procurement via direct negotiations can be implemented,” he said.
Tengku Zafrul’s reply caused an uproar in the Dewan Rakyat with the Members of Parliament demanding details on the direct negotiations.
