PETALING JAYA: The Budget 2021 worth RM322.5bil has been designed to ensure the rakyat’s well-being, business continuity and economic resilience, with several forms of financial aid available for the B40 and M40 groups, says Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul AzizThe Finance Minister said that the B40 group is entitled to an automatic bank loan moratorium for three months, or the reduction of monthly instalment payments by 50% for six months.
For those in the M40 group, Tengku Zafrul noted that the budget aimed to increase their disposable income, maintain employment as well as boost income either by improving skills or facilitating entrepreneurship. Tengku Zafrul said that the extension of the moratorium and targeted bank assistance was still in force, as those who had lost their jobs could still apply for the moratorium extension, while those with salary cuts can apply to reduce their monthly instalments.

So, for Kelantan 2021, please cut the provision fund to them. Since they are so rich & can afford Mercedes-Benz & pay hike. Regardless of the fact tat they are totally ineffective as a state administrator.
