Probably needed to keep JobKeeper going like Labor said.

And environmentalist have the gall to claim brumbies are destroying the fragile alpine eco system

Haven't skied at an Australian resort in about 15 years. Much prefer Japan. Astronomically better snow quality at much cheaper prices. Couldn't care less about the Aussie industry going under.

just shut up shops n get lockdown money $700/wk Go troppo

Ha, and next minute some redevelopment plan of the National Park that will reinvigorate blah blah blah will be announced and rip the arse at the National Park and and environment while lining the pockets of our politicians and mates. Anyone want a months salary on this?

Thanks Dan Andrews you're a real 🍆

I thought businesses hated Socialism?, yet here they are wanting a handout as soon as their 'free market' dips.

Ouch, more people going to loose they jobs. 👎

The demand does not match the price. It is a complete rip off. It has always been cheaper to travel over seas than pay the overpriced experience in Australia. So when Covid hit they had a captive audience and put their prices up.

Has it got any underlying conditions?

It's cheaper and better to ski in NZ.. It's an absolute rip off..

U mean the couple of multi millionaires that own these resorts, perhaps they can dig into some of their cayman island tax free savings to buy their next Ferrari, but I think the stock market is thriving abcnews auspol

Use the slopes for cross country running in the summer.

Most years the runs are machine made snow. The billion dollar industry has been failing for decades.

You don't own the snow fields and the snow fields should be for free..sick of getting ripped off for having to see snow..
