Two new headsets from premium brand Austrian Audio have been released. They both feature a boom microphone and use Austrian Audio's acclaimed 44m m dynamic drivers in a closed-back design.

... [+]Attention all gamers! Premium headphone and microphone manufacturer, Austrian Audio, has used its considerable expertise to create a couple of new headsets for gaming and business use. The two new products are the PG16 Pro Gaming Headset and the PB17 Professional Business Headset and they both share much of the same technology found in the award-winning Austrian Audio Hi-X65, Hi-X55 and Hi-X50 pro-audio headphones.

Both headsets use Austrian Audio’s acclaimed 44mm Hi-X drivers that can accurately reproduce a frequency range from a rumbling 12Hz to a squeaky to 24 kHz and with zero latency. With the PG16, gamers can hear game soundtracks with clarity and high-resolution sound as well as spatial audio for quickly locating even the quietest sounds.

Austrian Audio has equipped the PB17 and PG16 with a pro-grade boom microphone that transmits the user’s voice without cut-outs, choppiness, or muffling. The boom mic automatically mutes when it’s lifted out of the way. PG16 users can also use the included Spatial Sound Card software from New Audio Technology for a dynamic 7.1 surround sound.... [+]The PB17 is designed for professional office and business use but Austrian Audio says it’s also great for listening to videos and music.
