Majd Abdallah, 27, of Carlstadt was charged with two counts of aggravated arson, armed burglary, causing or risking widespread injury or damage, and two counts of arson, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday. Abdallah, who is a former employee of the restaurant as well as the owner’s nephew, was eventually identified as the person who allegedly set the fire, the office said.
