Women tradies working to smash the bias out of the construction industry

Melbourne builder Oksana Katorjevskaya has also noticed an increase in the number of women tradies and increasing discussion about their representation. I mean, go for it, just be sure you're introducing proper SOPS cause we all know that even though the work is the same, we work differently So, someone up top go write gender neutral SOPs that don't completely favour the whole 'man can lift' junk lol
