THE lawsuit filed by a production company against actor Ben Amir over alleged breach of agreement was settled amicably at the Sessions Court, Kuala Lumpur. The settlement was reached after Ben Amir, whose real name is Muhammad Amir Sabaruddin, 32, as the defendant, agreed to pay RM100,000 to Elisa Vision Sdn Bhd as the plaintiff in the suit.
