Abena Oppong-Asare MP tells KayBurley that she finds it 'quite concerning' that neither Sue Gray or the Prime Minister are admitting to calling the meeting that they both attended and it has created a 'lack of transparency'. 📺 Sky 501 and YouTube

Labour's Shadow Exchequer Secretary Abena Oppong-Asare has told Sky News that she believes energy bill relief from a windfall tax should be available to everyone.

She said:"What I do find quite baffling is that we can't get any answers as to who called the meeting, which does come across to me as quite concerning to be honest on that. Mr Guake went on to say he believed the prime minister's position has been strengthened politically due to the fact he only received one fine from the Metropolitan Police.

"It's a one-off scoop of money. You have an interesting dynamic where, apparently, Number 10 don't want one and Number 11 do." Asked about the Sue Gray report, and her meeting with Prime Minister Boris Johnson which Sky News revealed on Friday, Mr Clarke says he believes Ms Gray called the meeting. Meanwhile, calls for Prime Minister Boris Johnson to explain the purpose of a"secret" meeting with Ms Gray are refusing to let up.

He had then retracted this statement, saying: I do not condone any form of abuse and I strongly believe in the independence and integrity of the justice system." Mr Blunt said he had not attended the whole trial but added:"I know what decisions were made within the trial, which meant that, in my judgment, he did not get a fair trial or anything remotely like that."Mr Blunt was not in court during witness evidence either.
