The study looked at the airports’ number of lounges, number of destinations served, percentage of on-time flights annually, and Skytrax rating. Tugade touted how the Naia was classified as the “most improved” airport since the Duterte administration started, adding that its on-time performance is at 83% in 2019, according to Skytrax.He also pointed out that Naia is a destination airport, not a hub airport, so it has fewer flights.

Terminal 3 doesnt even have accessible trolleys inside the waiting area. The only airport to deprive pax of such BASIC NECESSITY

I came from other country I experienced many good things in their airport. When I return sabi ko sa sarili ko haaaay andito na naman tYo sa walang katapusang pila. Ang init ng sorrounding. 😪 bago sasabihin ninyo ang ganda ganda ng airport ngayon. Pasayahin mo sarili. Ilusyon.

Imagine catching a connecting flight from terminal 4 to terminal 1, ang pila immigration umabot ng ilang oras kasi 4 counters lang ang bukas, yung nakasunod sa akin sa pila nka boarding announcement na ang airlines, naiwan na sila ng eroplano. It’s the worst na na experience ko.
Hindi ko pa natry ang lounge for Business class. But my gosh ang regular or kung ano man ang tawag dun is the worse.
It may not be the worst in the world, but I’ve seen my share of airports and ours is certainly not traveller friendly. It is hard to navigate and terminals are confusing.

Totoo po yan. I have been to airports in different countries and I can't help but compare ours to them. Even the domestic airports in other countries are much much better than our international airport. Do not be defensive, make it an opportunity to improve!
