Ms Grubisa, a Sydney-based lawyer and chief executive of DG Institute, describes herself as a property educator and asset protection specialist. She provided training courses covering asset protection and wealth management.from engaging in credit activity, providing financial services, performing any function in a credit entity or controlling a credit entity or financial services business.

According to the filing for DGI Lawyers, the name reserved is Assure Lawyers Pty Ltd. Domain registration data confirms DGI Lawyers as the owner of the website assurelawyers.com.au as of May 22. The page is not yet online.DGI Lawyers is 50-50 owned by solicitor and director Nordien Zeeshaan and a company called DGI Holdings. Mr Zeeshaan became the sole director of DGI Lawyers last month after Ms Grubisa stepped down as a director.
