Anyone that knows anything knows stock rise and fall on a daily, Weekly , Monthly. And a smarter person don't play the market.

Trump was so wrong on this that he needs a way out of this mess he has created. He has to be the hero on all subjects and laws that he reversed. This was a complete blunder decision that he made out of pure arrogance and ignorance and a complete lack political experience.
