Major U.S. companies will pledge to hire more than 20,000 refugees over the next three years, a number that refugee advocates say will help integrate the wave of Afghans and Ukrainians who arrived last year

NEW YORK—.

The hiring commitments are expected to be announced later today at an event organized by the Tent Partnership for Refugees, which is pressing corporations to hire refugees. The group said that the pledges reflect a growing awareness by U.S. companies that hiring refugees benefits their business. It said research shows that consumers value ethical behavior and refugees make more loyal employees.

so you could be hiring Americans but you won’t

Absolutely absurd. Are there no unemployed Americans available.

And the whole reason for open borders is on show. The creation of a new subservient class of workers to increase profits of the mega corporations, to the detriment of everybody else involved.

Surprising what will eventually come back and bite. Just look carefully at Europe and the UK.

What about Americans? I can’t be the only one this think this.

Now we finally know why the gates were wide open to let refugees in: cheap labor for big business. As always, follow the money and it gives you the answer.

“Major US Companies have run out of people desperate enough to work in amazon warehouses for minimum wage”. Fixed it for you

Great, now theyre just hiring them and rubbing our noses in it

Hmmmmmm does that mean ALL work eligible Americans have jobs and those collecting unemployment cannot work?

Must feel great to see if you are an out of work American.

How about they pledge to hire 20,000 veterans instead.
