Less than a year after entering the Phoenix metro, Shopoff Realty Investments has another big East Valley project in the works.

Shopoff paid $70 million to acquire the land from Arizona Dairy Co., according to real estate database Vizzda. “This property is located in a burgeoning employment hub with increasing demand for manufacturing space,” said William Shopoff, the firm's president and CEO, in a statement. “We plan to work closely with the city to annex the property into the city of Mesa, and subsequently entitle the property for manufacturing use, in order to meet market demands.”
