Jeffrey Neil, Leafything’s director of community engagement, said the company saw a “problem brewing” with that system. Leafythings also claimed it recently secured a private investment of $8 million to assist with acquisitions and experiential programs.Article content, the AGCO noted that it had been aware of the Leafythings program and stated that the platform operates “outside of the regulated market.”

“Failure to properly dispose of inventory before you close may result in compliance activity by the AGCO or action from other law enforcement agencies,” it adds.
