Northrop Grumman will start moving employees into the new office in the Allred Park Place in November. phoenix $NOC

Northrop Grumman is nearly out of space at its new Chandler office and is looking to mitigate that problem by expanding down the street in the Price Road corridor.

The defense company will move more than 250 employees into a more than 50,000-square-foot space at 1700 S. Price Road as it expands its local office presence, saidemployees will start moving into the new office at theNorthrop Grumman moved into its new office at 1575 S. Price Road in the second half of 2019 with the space to accommodate about 2,200 people at a given time, Day said.Northrop Grumman at the top for leasing activity for the third quarter in Phoenix.
