Proptrack Senior Economist Eleanor Creagh says the pace of price falls for homes did moderate significantly in October.

“We do typically see a bit of a seasonal pick up at this time of year and we did see that

home price falls nationally slowed to fall just 0.06 per cent,” Ms Creagh told Sky News Australia.
