Lukhele, Sipho Mkhatshwa, Mduduzi Gama and Rassie Nkune are facing charges of kidnapping, murder, defeating the ends of justice and conspiracy to commit murder among others., went missing at the end of April while shopping with her adopted three-year old daughter.
