Peter Lougheed's vision: World class education, healthcare, a robust Heritage Savings Fund, clean industry and environment. Free provincial parks. The sorts of things $20 Billion buys. A strong Alberta in a strong Canada. Or unparalleled corruption, which is what is on the plate.
