They aren’t worried. In 2022 they made a billion dollar profit. We have no choice but to use them for distribution. They are greedy. Lot’s of the employees have attitudes when they come to your house. They know you have no choice and you can tell. This is how TX GOP set it up.

Their customer service is so bad it makes Comcast look good. They have a deposit from my prior account they won't return, demanded it after shutting off my gas after not billing me for 2 months. also despite a dozen calls over 2 years CAN'T update the phone number on my acct!
You got to love a monopoly. So who do you do business with if CenterPoint is not accredited? Duh? Lots of choices in Texas competitive market aren't there. Call CenterPoint 1-800-F**K OFF.
