A local landscaping business is moving to Picton’s industrial park.
During Tuesday’s meeting of Prince Edward County Council, the council voted to approve the sale of five acres of land to Scott Wentworth Landscaping.Councillor Phil St-Jean was pleased with the deal supporting a local employer. “Who by the way, employs more than 100 people in our community,” said Councillor St-Jean. “Very large employer, I would suspect they are looking at growth, as well as a new location.”
