Police in Indiana capture monkey on the loose

LEADING THE WAY. THIS THIS IS A STORY THAT’S KIND OF BEEN HANGING AROUND LATELY AND FINALLY COMING TO A CLOSE. INDIANAPOLIS POLICE SAY THAT THEY DO HAVE A HAPPY ENDING HERE, SUCCESSFULLY TAKING A RUNAWAY MONKEY INTO CUSTODY. SO THE MONKEY NAMED MOMO GOT OUT OF ITS OWNER’S BACKYARD THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. INDIANAPOLIS POLICE SEARCHED FOR HIM THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. NO LUCK. BUT THEN THIS MORNING, MIKE MOMO WAS SPOTTED RUNNING THROUGH YARDS.

According to an update from IMPD on Wednesday night, the monkey was last seen in the 10000 block of Gate Drive.
