A developer is selling its 46,000 sqft holdings in the Lace Market after spending more than 40 years of regenerating and preserving the heritage of the buildings. The Birkin Building and the adjacent property of 35-37 St Mary's Gate were placed on the market by Spenbeck on Wednesday October 18, and are asking for offers in excess of £4m.
Second generation owners Becky Valentine and Victoria Green are now heading Spenbeck, with sustainability and interior design at its core.
