He highlighted again that Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people. He also spoke of the United States' NATO allies and if Putin were to attack one, "We will defend every inch of NATO."
Biden confirmed he will be sending an urgent budget request to Congress to fund America's national security needs and to support "critical partners," including Israel and Ukraine. "As I said in Israel, as hard as is, we cannot give up on peace. We cannot give up on a two-state solution. Israel and Palestinians equally deserve to live in safety, dignity, and peace," Biden said.
