On March 15, Arben 'Ben' Duka was arrested on a sexual assault charge that stems from an Oct. 10 incident.

AURORA, Colo. — Three different women say the owner of anwhen they went to the business for drug testing, an arrest affidavit says.

She said she told Duka she was uncomfortable with that, and Duka approached her and attempted to pull her pants down. She then said that Duka claimed he had to do an"examination" and tried to corral her into a room, according to the affidavit. One of the other victims reported on Oct. 10 that Duka sexually assaulted her after she provided a urine sample, the affidavit says. The investigators noted the claims in her report were very similar to the latest incident.

When Duka was later asked about the woman's visit, he said nothing"extraordinary" happened during the appointment and the woman was there for less than 10 minutes.
