The prosecutor claimed that there had been complaints filed about the murder suspect to the owner of Delaware County Linen where employees were shot, killed.

Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz is being charged with two counts of first degree homicide, multiple counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and a firearms charge, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer who describe the shooting as a "horrible tragedy."where five people were shot and two died.The 61-year-old first shot a female coworker after both were involved in a verbal dispute, according to Stollsteimer.
