State prosecutor in the Pastor Paseka ‘Mboro’ Motsoeneng case, Phehello Vilakazi says the safety of the state witnesses will be compromised if he and the other two accused are released on bail.They have been charged with assault, intimidation and contravention of the Dangerous Weapons Act.
