A Chambersburg woman and owner of a bus company is facing charges after troopers say she forged physical exam forms required to drive a school bus.

Theresa Keifman, 72, owns Keifman Busing and is now facing 30 charges related to forgery and tampering with public records, according to state police.

Troopers contacted PennDOT, who on Nov. 4 confirmed it did appear that the dates had been altered on the forms each year between 2018 and 2023. In March of 2021, Keifman allegedly tried to get a school bus medical physical and was disqualified due to a metical condition.
