Chair of the Services and Facilities committee at Market Drayton Town Council, Tim Manton said:"We're obviously very frustrated with the vandalism in the toilet. "It has been an ongoing problem that is not going away and was part of the catalyst for us deciding to move forward with our plans for a full refurbishment of the facility.
