Former crime intelligence boss Mdluli found guilty

The case relates to the 1999 murder of Oupa Ramogibe, who allegedly had an affair with Mdluli's customary wife Tshidi Buthelezihas been found guilty of four counts of intimidation and two counts of kidnapping at the High Court in Johannesburg. Mdluli together with his co-accused Mthunziomhle Mthunzi have also been found guilty of two counts of common assault and two counts of assault with grievous bodily harm.

The case relates to the 1999 murder of Oupa Ramogibe, who allegedly had an affair with Mdluli’s customary wife Tshidi Buthelezi. In October 2016 the pair unsuccessfully applied to the court to have the charges against them dropped.

Great stuff

This is a victory for the victim family , Justice System and the tax payer. On suspension for 19 years and earning our tax money that could have built a school or provide housing for the poor. Very shameful. 🙈
