Ryanair was rated the worst firm for customer service out of 100 British brands.
Our Ryanair pilot took off from Manchester knowing he could not land in Berlin because it closes at midnight. At takeoff, we're told all good. Then took us to Hanover and a 4 hr bus trip to Berlin, taking us backwards on a 2 hr flight. Ryanair refuse to pay ANY compensation!?
Amuses me greatly when people complain about Ryanair. There's a reason why it's cheap.

Boycotted them years ago, don’t care how ‘cheap’ they make out to be.. they always make up your savings somewhere
What do you expect from ryanair never heard anything good about them, if you want a decent airline fly with the Arab or Thai airways or any of the big asian airlines

Yes but people still fly Ryanair because it is very very cheap and generally functional.
