The same team that brought Los Angeles “The One” (a Bel Air home asking half a billion dollars) and “The Opus” (a home in Trousdale now asking $80 million), now have a $65 million nine bedroom, 17-bathroom home in their portfolio that just came on the market.

After all that we get to this latest creation from Niami-McClean, which definitely embraces water as its main feature. There’s a 160-foot-long swimming pool around back and the entrance requires you cross this moat via floating stones that lead to the front door.Once inside the front doors there’s a double-height foyer with sculpted staircase.The office took the concept of built-in bookshelves to a whole new level with a blue lacquer glossy effect on the mirrored shelving.

To the left is the corrugated wall feature that acts as a visual divider to the living room without making the space feel closed off.The kitchen keeps things subtle with seamless black cabinetry contrasted with the white countertops and floor. An oversize island makes the space functional for large scale entertaining.The master bedroom has a fireplace and private wraparound porch with glass barriers so as not to obstruct the views.
